You can open this lock with one hand by flipping the upper part of the handle upwards. Then the assisted flipper can be opened and the handle closed to lock the knife. Assisted means that the blade is supported by a spring, which ensures quick opening. The blade is made of S35VN steel. This steel is known for its toughness, sharpness retention and durability. The scales are made of G10, a composite material with an elegant appearance and high abrasion resistance. The Paradigm also has a reversible carry clip.
