The outer tent of the Darwin 3+ is made of strong polyester tent fabric with a PU coating for extra protection. The inner tent is made of breathable polyester. In addition, the Coleman Darwin 3+ is reasonably resistant to rain, thanks to its water column of 300 mm. At the front, the dome tent has a kinked pole which not only gives the tent its Darwin look, but also ensures that there is less tension on the pole. Thanks to the handy ring & pin system and the fibreglass poles, the Darwin 3+ is very easy to pitch.
