The “Wool Mat Camping Comfort” from the Grüezi bag® brand is a rectangular sleeping mat with many functional details. As with sleeping bags, the focus here is on excellent sleeping comfort while being light in weight and small when packed. It is the first sleeping mat in the world with wool insulation, two-layer construction and V-chamber structure (patent pending): This means that the sleeping mat offers more safety, a longer lifespan and better insulation than the usual single-layer sleeping mats.
The new V-chamber structure and the very elastic, soft outer material prevent annoying slipping off the mat and offer a stable position thanks to the slightly raised side chambers. This means you can lie and sleep very comfortably. The 8 cm high sleeping mat consists of two separate mat layers welded together, each with its own valves. Each layer can be inflated separately. This means that the upper air chamber can be filled to a lesser extent and, in conjunction with the very elastic upper material, the body sinks in easily and prevents slipping off the mat at night. The advantage: If one of the top or bottom sides should leak, the second side continues to provide insulation with good sleeping comfort.
