The uvex ultra combines the best of two proven technologies – and design worlds. The glossy inmould outer shell on the lower section of the helmet is ultralight, the matt hardshell on the upper section is particularly robust and impact-resistant. This is combined with a shock-absorbing EPS inner shell that absorbs impact energy should the worst comes to the worst. A further advantage of this hybrid construction is that it is possible to include large ventilation openings at the upper head, as well as an active and adjustable ventilation system. For maximum comfort, the uvex ultra has a functional inner lining and a magnetic monomatic lock, which can be operated single-handedly. Extremely practical: the proven IAS system adjusts precisely to fit any head shape. And it also scores highly when it comes to style and compatibility.
