Measuring instructions

Using a flexible tape measure, measure your head circumference in centimetres around the largest part of your head (about an inch above your eyebrows). If you don't have a flexible tape measure, you can also use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler.

Ski helmets for adults

The sizes in the tables below apply to both men and women. These are Smith's so-called regular fit/oval contour. These are the standard sizes for the European market. As opposed to the Asian fit/round contour, also known by Smith but not available from us.
